Description

Overview:

As an Account Manager, your primary challenge will be to execute our services with consistency. While team members will be your main focus, you must also coordinate your team's activities with other departments to ensure our services are provided in the most efficient manner possible. You may also perform or assist with cleaning duties, as necessary.

As an Account Manager, you must have a high sense of urgency as it is your responsibility to ensure that facilities are cleaned properly daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain RRM program
  • Directly supervise/train up to 10 supervisors. Must be able to reprimand, retrain employees as necessary
  • Conduct monthly training sessions.
  • Monitor and maintain all field schedules, personnel issues, and attendance
  • Maintain custodial work standards and flow using in house technologies.
  • Will be held accountable for the janitorial operations of multiple locations
  • Conduct onsite inspections of all field sites
  • Maintain and recommend custodial operating budget and ensure the department operates within budget.
  • Evaluate inventory, maintain supplies by ensuring main office is informed and up to date
  • Maintain effective lines of communications with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the custodial contract are being satisfied.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
  • Coordinate with human resources to ensure a constant supply of candidates
  • Conduct weekly orientations and conduct new hire training for new employees as needed
  • Demonstrate quality leadership in meeting performance plan

Qualifications:

  • Ten years industry experience.
  • 3 + years experience managing custodial operations
  • Demonstrated proficiency with general business acumen. Including mid-level proficiency with computer applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong service/quality attitude.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
  • Motivate and train staff.
  • Experience managing custodial operations.

Shift Times: Monday to Friday 230PM to 1130PM with some weekends as needed
Pay rates $16 to $20/Hour depending upon experience
