$17-18/hr Mon-Fri Janitorial Assitant Manager/Floater- Day Shift

Road Runr Maintenance, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Custodial Manager to support custodial operations in various commercial environments. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on training staff, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily operations.

Pay: $17-18/hr opportunities for growth and advancement starting at 90 days based on performance

Shift:

• Monday through Friday, Start time 7:00AM (full time position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, coach, and support custodial staff to ensure consistent quality
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operational needs
• Lead by example by maintaining cleanliness and professionalism
• Step in to assist with cleaning tasks as needed
• Support the Manager with communication and team coordination

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Experience in cleaning, facilities, or a related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work days.
• Valid driver’s license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to stand/walk for entire length of your shift
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 25 pounds
• Occasionally push and pull wheeled carts loaded with products up to 50 pounds
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
