JOB SUMMARY

Actively support the mission of Road Runr Maintenance by working to ensure quality service and professionalism. Assure service and facilities are of consistent and high quality by maintaining a clean, secure and a safe work environment. Use approved methods and materials in cleaning and caring for assigned facility.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing building walk-through's and inspections
• Train employees
• Assign tasks
• Inspect completed work for conformance to standards
• Assist management in writing employee reviews
• Filling in for absent employees
• Replenish supplies
• Maintain equipment
• Resolves employee problems or refers matters to operation manager when appropriate
• General office tasks, including, but not limited to: trash removal; dusting; cleaning and re-stocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms, coffee centers; placing orders for supplies in janitor supply rooms; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming; window washing; replacing light bulbs; buffing floors; stripping and waxing floors; carpet cleaning; other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) year commercial related experience
• Floor work experience including running carpet machines and floor machines helpful
• Strong communication skills
• Must be willing to work assigned hours
• Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive company vehicle

COMPENSATION

• Road Runr is offering a competitive salary.
• Typical hours are 5pm to 2am
• Some weekend work may be required as needed
